WHOLESALE POLICIES

BY REGISTERING AS A WHOLESALE RETAILER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING

Lady the Brand Wholesale Agreement, Policies & Guidelines To maintain the integrity of the Lady the Brand and ensure consistency across all retail partners, the following policies apply to all approved wholesale accounts. 

Pricing Policy • Retailers may not advertise or sell Lady the Brand products below the prices listed on the Lady the Brand retail website. Exceptions may be made for seasonal or promotional sales conducted by retailers with a physical brick-and-mortar storefront.

• Retailers who purchase the full collection each season are permitted to run sales and promotions without the requirement of a brick-and-mortar location. 

Product Photography & Marketing • Retailers may not use photographs or marketing images taken from other boutiques' websites or social media platforms.

• Retailers are encouraged to create and use their own photography. If retailers choose not to create their own content, they may use approved images provided on the Lady the Brand retail website. 

• Must Follow Lady the Brand on social media platforms for new product drops, updates and special insight.

Pre-Orders • Pre-orders may not be offered or accepted without an approved purchase order on file.

New Account Requirements • All newly approved wholesale accounts are required to meet a minimum opening order of $600.

Account Maintenance To maintain approved wholesale status, retailers must place a minimum of one order per calendar quarter. 

• Accounts that do not meet this requirement may be subject to review and may lose their approved wholesale status.

Lady the Brand reserves the right to update these policies and guidelines at any time to protect the brand and support its retail partners.
